In 1767, Dan Waugh, first child of Alexander, was born in Litchfield, also Norman, Freeman, Irene, Rhoda, Elizabeth, and no further mention is made of Alexander, but from record of Dan Waugh, preserved, states Alexander moved from Litchfield to Camden, Oneida County, NY about 1800, traveling with horses and wagon. Whether Alexander and all his children came to New York at the same time is unknown. He and his wife are buried at Hamilton, NY.
Capt. was born in 1729.1 He was the son of John Waugh and Margaret NN----. He married Elizabeth Throop on 12 February 1766.2 Capt. died on 5 April 1810 at Hamilton, Madison County, New York.3

The Revolutionary War Record of Jason(?) Baker, shows that his is listed from Pomfret, Connecticut, as serving from April 20 to May under Lt. Col. Israel Putnam, "for the relief of Boston in the Lexington alarm" of April 1775; that he served as a private from Killingly, Connecticut in Capt. Wm. Smith's Company of Col. J. Douglass' Regt. (21st) Connecticut troops, entering the service September 7, 1776 marching 272 miles to join the American Army being discharged Nov. 20, 1776 and that "A return of that part of the 11th Regt. in Killingly Connecticut" dated Killingly March 10, 1778 and signed Willm Danielson, Col., Lists "Jonas Baker (Detached to serve until January)". Jonas died. Jonas was born in August 1751 at Killingly, Connecticut.2,3 He was the son of Thomas Baker and Rebecca NN----.

They lived many years in a house built on a hilltonp near her father's home in Killingly, CT.. Abijah's is listed int he census of this town taken in 1820, but is not found in the 1830 census. He deeded land in Killingly to Dexter Handall May 18, 1825, and it would appear that he emigrated to Sempronius, Cayuga County, NY, soo afterwards. He was a farmer. In 1850 Lydia was living in Niles with her son Anthony. She is burried in the old Kelloggsville Cemetery.
Lydia was born on 30 January 1774 at Killingly, Connecticut.1 She was the daughter of Ephraim Warren and Mary Brown. She married Abijah Smith in 1792.1 Lydia died on 28 March 1861 Niles [Kelloggsville], New York, at age 87.2
