     Edward was born in 1814 at NY or CT.¹ He was the son of NN---- Clark. He married Mariah Baker in 1835 New Hope [Niles], New York.

     Mariah was born in 1817 at Sempronius, Cayuga County, New York.^1,2 She was the daughter of Jonas Baker and Phebe Smith. She married Edward Clark in 1835 New Hope [Niles], New York. Mariah died in 1888 New Hope [Niles], New York.

     George L. Crocker was the son of Luther Crocker and Chloe Hodges.

     Morton was born on 11 October 1770 at Barnstable, Barnstable, Massachusetts.¹ He was the son of Joseph Crocker and Mary Hinckley. He married Elizabeth Scudder on 11 December 1794 at Barnstable, Barnstable, Massachusetts.¹ Morton died on 27 March 1851 at Richmond, Indiana, at age 80.¹

     Elizabeth was born on 12 October 1773 at Barnstable, Barnstable, Massachusetts.¹ She was the daughter of Ebenezer Scudder and Rose Delap. She married Morton Crocker on 11 December 1794 at Barnstable, Barnstable, Massachusetts.¹ Elizabeth died on 3 August 1842 at age 68.¹

     Issac was employed at as a Master Mariner. Issac was born on 2 January 1770 at Barnstable, Barnstable, Massachusetts.² He was the son of Hercules Hodges and Lydia Phinney. He married Lydia Crocker on 28 October 1795 at Nantucket, Massachusetts.³ Issac died in 1866 at Nantucket, Massachusetts.

     Lydia was born in June 1773 at Nantucket, Massachusetts. She was the daughter of Thomas Crocker and Reliance Goodspeed. She married Capt. Issac Hodges on 28 October 1795 at Nantucket, Massachusetts.² Lydia died on 29 October 1846 at Nantucket, Massachusetts, at age 73.²

     Mary was born on 23 August 1835.¹ She was the daughter of Joshua Nye and Mary C. Moorehead.

     Louisa was born on 13 April 1838.¹ She was the daughter of Joshua Nye and Mary C. Moorehead. Louisa died on 10 June 1871 at age 33.¹

     Luximer was born on 8 April 1840.¹ She was the daughter of Joshua Nye and Mary C. Moorehead.

     Ella was born before 19 June 1853 (chr. dat. She was christened on 19 June 1853.¹ She was the daughter of Joshua Nye and Mary C. Moorehead.

     Soldier of the Revolutionary War. Went west 1813 settled in Richmond. Joshua was born on 22 August 1778 at Sandwich, Barnstable County, Massachusetts.¹ He was the son of Benjamin Nye and Mary Hall. He married Anna Snow on 5 March 1803.^2,1 . Joshua died on 7 April 1840 at Franklin County, Indiana, at age 61.¹

     Moved to Snow Hill in 1815. Anna was born on 26 February 1786 at Barnstable, Barnstable, Massachusetts.^1,2 She was the daughter of Lt. Lemuel Snow and Lydia Hodges. She married Joshua Nye on 5 March 1803.^3,2 Anna died on 10 October 1865 at Franklin County, Indiana, at age 79.^4,2

     He married Esther Armstrong.¹ He married Jerusia Stout or Endt.¹ Mathew was born on 12 January 1782 at Pennsylvania. He was the son of Robert Moorhead and Ann NN----. He married Lydia Davids in 1802 at Butler, Ohio.¹ Mathew died on 9 January 1865 at age 82.

     Lydia was born in November 1782 at Maryland.¹ She was the daughter of NN---- Davids. She married Mathew Moorehead in 1802 at Butler, Ohio.¹ Lydia died in 1813.¹

     Another New Hampshire family is descended from Joel Monroe, whose son David Putnam Monroe, was born 1811.

      Joel was a Shoe Manufacturer.
Joel was born in 1777 at Shrewsbury, Massachusetts.¹ He married Lydia Hall on 28 December 1798 at Croydon, New Hampshire, USA.¹ Joel died on 5 January 1864 at Berlin Hights, Erie, Ohio.

     Lydia was born on 22 November 1780 at Sutton, Massachusetts.¹ She was the daughter of Emerson Hall and Tabitha Fletcher. She married Joel Monroe on 28 December 1798 at Croydon, New Hampshire, USA.¹ Lydia died on 10 August 1836 at Berlin Hights, Erie, Ohio, at age 55.

     He married Henrietta Logan. John was born in 1769. He was the son of Mariner Rood and Mary Keeny. John died on 5 August 1855.

     She married Capt. John Rood. Henrietta was born in 1769. She was the daughter of NN---- Logan. Henrietta died on 30 January 1840.

     Gurdon was born on 27 December 1789. He was the son of Lewis Miller and Mary NN----. Gurdon died on 26 April 1870 at age 80.

     Hannah was born on 17 January 1788. She was the daughter of NN---- Lane. Hannah died on 25 September 1846 at age 58.

     Jane Catherine Conkling was the daughter of NN---- Conkling.

      Will of Daniel Hollis dated 14 Sept. 1812 probated 27 Sept. 1816 includes his wife Susanna Hollis, sons John, Luther, Calvin, Stephen, and Abraham. Daughters Sally, Polly, and Charlotte.       District School Reports town of Sherburne Hill show Abram Hollis, Calvin Hollis and Luther Hollis.
     
      Abraham and his second wife Laura are buried on Armenia Mountain in what is now an abandoned cemetery, located four miles from highway 14 in Canton, PA. as you travel up the lower road onto the top of the mountain. The Cemetery is just a short distance from Tracy's old homestead which still stands. At the time the cemetery was discovered, it was completely overgrown and it was necessary to clear the plot before pictures of the stone could be taken.
     

      Abraham's family appears in the hand written 1850 census of Chenango which is now the city of Binghamton. His record is found under schedule 1, 1850 census section 2574-2638. His family appear on the last page of the census. This record incorrectly listed Abraham's son as Ralph H. age 20.
     
      The census lists the following information; Abraham's household;

      Ashel born in NY State age 12
      The above does not include Abrahams entire family because Polly died young, Eli had land of his own in the Vestal vicinity and it is believed Alonzo was in Triangle, NY and Tracy was in Ward township, Tioga, Co. PA.
     
      Also recorded in the Broome Co. Court House are deeds confirming about 20 years of activity in this area. This property valued at $800.00 was located in or near Vestal, NY on the north side of the road adjacent to property owned by Hazard Lewis. It was deeded over from Eli, Abraham's first son to Abraham on a life lease 9 October 1848. This deed is recorded under Lieber 32 page 394.

      In checking the records in both Bradford and Tioga counties of Pennsylvania there was found numerous land transfers where the Hollis lineage were mentioned but found no trace of a will or deed indicating Abraham owned any property after leaving Binghamton.

      Henry left home directly after the taking of the 1850 census and traveled to Metamora, Illinois. From there he went to LeRaysville, Pennsylvania where he met and Married Julia Bosworth.

      Mary, married Albion Rouse, (some relation to her mother, whose maiden name was Rouse.)

      Randolph apparently went ot LeRaysville with Henry where he died 26 May 1859.

      Ashel left for parts unknown and died at sea Aug 3, 1864. Abraham died. Abraham was born at Cooperstown, Otsego, New York. He was the son of Daniel Hollis and Susanna NN----. He married Ada Goodrich on 14 February 1816 at Lanesboro, Massachusetts.¹ He was listed as a resident in the census report in 1820.² He married Laura Rouse circa 1827.
